What your verification report looks like
Every report is written to help you decide — clearly, in plain language, with the limits of what verification can establish stated up front. Below is the structure of a report; the content shown is redacted and illustrative, not a real case.
Sections inside every report
Not every section applies to every case — the report states which checks were in scope and which were not.
Personal identifiers and sensitive records are redacted in any shared or sample material. Documents you provide are handled confidentially and only used to carry out the checks you request.
A report reflects the records, documents and information available at the time of review. It supports your decision but cannot eliminate every risk, and you may still need independent legal, surveying or valuation advice.
